Payroll Corrections - Student Wages

Student wage payroll corrections follow a different process than other salary corrections. These corrections use the Retroactive Account Adjustment (RAA) form and are processed through Student Employment. Instructions on completing the RAA are available.

Steps for Completing Correction:

Step 1: Complete the RAA

Important things to note:

• One form must be completed per employee.
• Multiple pay periods are allowed but they must be for the same disbursement period.

Step 2: Required Signatures

• Fiscal officer must sign.
• Grant account assignee must sign (see step 4).

Step 3: Required Documentation

• Copy of the assignment costing.
• An updated assignment costing must be on file with Student Employment.
• Copy of the payroll certification.

Step 4: Route RAA and Supporting Documentation to OSPA for Approval

• The grant account assignee will review and sign.
• The grant account assignee will forward to the appropriate office for processing.
